Any colored cupcakes or anything. I made blue cupcakes a few weeks ago and D was freaked out in the bathroom lol. Purple cokored drinks can do it, too, like Gatorade or koolaide.

@anonysquire: They were closed when it started.

@Pumuckl: She is getting two of her 2 year molars.

You both are probably right about a stomach bug. I've just never seen anything this green come out of her before!

We had two weeks of bright green poop while LO was still small and BF. I think just like @anonysquire: said it is likely due to a virus (stomach bug) or teething if she doesn't have all her teeth yet. Hope she's better soon!

Does anyone have experience with this?? :meh:

After a couple days of looser stools (though not quite diarrhea), my 2yo started pooping BRIGHT green. I immediately thought that perhaps she had eaten a crayon or something at school. But after a few more times, it seemed too much to be anything like that.

I read something about certain food dyes (purples?) doing this but don't know what she would have eaten that is different.

Aside from her being clingy & more cranky than usual and a couple weeks of a runny nose, she seems fine.
