I have seen a few children with this same type of rash all over and they had covid. We’ve had a stomach bug going around, but she hasn’t had it. We just returned from Costa Rica. It looks like roseola, but she never had a fever of any kind. The rash does not appear to bother her in the least. Has anyone’s LO had a roseola rash with no fever? Any other ideas? </p>
