It's either too cold, making scarves irrelevant (because they're already completely bundled up), or too rainy. Keeps her neck warm. It's a short, fleece scarf that has one side that loops through the other. Cowl scarves are another good option. What are the safety issues at that age? Is there a better toddler friendly version (loop va long rectangle?)? </p> <p>My mom made C a super cute hate that coordinates perfectly with her winter coat. I was thinking a matching scarf would be adorable but not sure what type. She's very observant that DH and I both wear scarves and I feel like she might wear it. </p>
