Until just a few months ago he would say things like "I'm going to get into bed by himself" instead of saying myself. She'll say things like "I want mama help you" when she really means " I want mama to help me". She's just starting to figure out what "you" means because I am starting to see her use it correctly. We started speech therapy about a month ago but I haven't been able to ask them this question since the cancelled his last appointment and our therapist left.</p> <p>He has started to talk more since we have been forcing him but he is doing some funny things I just want to know if it is normal development for a 2 year old.</p> <p>He reverses word order in sentences. Example "pick up you" for pick me up. Anyone else see this? He's done it a few other times but that is the one we see the most. We ask him to copy us but he cannot say anything between pick and up.</p> <p>But for successes he now says "I want thing please". No "I see" or I in any other context. </p>
