Spinach hides in smoothies really well! We like spinach, cucumber & pear. Add a frozen banana and/or yogurt to make it creamy.

I've tried kale (only leaves, stems
Removed), Fage Greek yogurt, Pom juice, blueberries
And strawberries. She loves it and you can't taste the kale at all. I think you could use whatever fruit you have on hand - I have some bananas and a couple old oranges so I think I'll prob use those up this week.

I do an orange, ice, spinach, and half a banana (in that order from bottom to top) and blend it. The kids love it and it's husband approved!! The citrus and banana really hides any taste of greens.

@Worrywart: I have found that blueberries will hide any spinach or kale I hide in a smoothie. That said, we aren't huge smoothie people cuz c drinks sooooo slowly.

Please help! I need to get more green veggies into my 21 month old. She only eats avocado, cucumbers, and corn.

Any green smoothie recipes your toddlers gobble up???
