If you have time on the weekend to make a batch of muffins we do that and freeze them and my 15 month old will almost always eat them. You can find pretty healthy recipes, the last ones had oats, carrots and raisins

We do raisins with a bland cereal like Chex or Cheerios, shredded carrots, diced bell peppers, crackers, toast or mini bagels, hummus "quesadillas", avocado, green (non-dairy) smoothies, and she'll eat pretty much any fruit!

I tell my LO that Larabars are cookies, works like a charm lol she also loves popcorn and trail mix. She hasn't been that into pouches lately, but raisins are her all time favorite. She likes dates dipped in pb too. We used to do black bean quesadillas but she stopped eating those. Hummus and pretzels are another favorite. And she love love loves frozen raspberries but they can be a mess.

@HazelEyes: My son loves dipping. He'll dip anything into anything. Hummus and veggies or pretzels (he mostly licks the dip off) and peanut butter with apples. He's obsessed with peanut butter.

Nuts (cashews, peanuts), popcorn, cheese toast, smoothie (fruit+yogurt+milk), carrots with hummus.

My toddler really likes pickled herring, dill pickles, olives for snacks, but those probably don't have as broad appeal :)

I do a lot of bread and spreads if we are out. I think it's actually easier than crackers. We do a ton of fruit, and I always have a pouch on me. I'm note that creative.

Our go-tos are: cut up bell peppers and carrots, cheese (sticks, babybels, or slices), fruit, sliced avocado, larabars, cheerios, and whole wheat crackers. Sometimes we give her a piece of bread with peanut or almond butter, but that gets pretty messy.

@gingerbebe: popcorn is a good one! J has liked it when I've made it for myself. I do some of those mixes, but you add some stuff that I might try to mix it up for him. And rice cakes is a good idea, I did them a while ago and have forgotten about them. So is a dip, although when I give him hummus he tends to just re-dip and suck off the hummus lol Thank you!!! I feel like I'm in a rut

DS is really into popcorn if he watches it get popped in the air popper. He will often walk over to where it lives and start bashing the counter with his snack trap like a prisoner clanging his tin mug against the jailbars. I use sea salt and some TJ's butter flavored spray or olive oil or melted butter.

I mix up a weird toddler trail mix of sorts with plain cheerios with yogurt melts, pretzel Goldfish, oyster crackers, raisins, Craisins, and maybe a sweeter cereal or puffs.

DS has also been into rice cakes lately. Lundberg makes a brown rice cinnamon toast rice cake that's pretty good and lightly sweet, or sometimes I just give him a Quaker one if I can find it. It seems to make less of a mess in the carseat than loose cereal and you could put some PB on it to make it more substantial.

You can offer apple slices with a dip like PB mixed with cream cheese and a touch of maple syrup or molasses and stir in some flaxseed meal for more nutrients.

So my almost 2 year old has always been a champ eater, but is drifting into the picky phase He's also starting to only want goldfish or cereal bars, which are not my fav. So raisins, cheese sticks, and applesauce are in regular rotation, and he insists on yogurt and banana every morning so I try not to give that to him twice. Pears, apples and oranges are sometimes a go, but he's been off berries.

What are some good go-to snacks you give your LOs?
