<description>&#60;p&#62;It's a phase. I had the same with my LO when he was about 15 months. By the time he was nearly 20 months, he'd nearly stopped. I know his reasons for being so clingy was because of a new baby sister.

<description>&#60;p&#62;My 18 month old constantly wants to be held, and only while I'm standing. If I try to sit down, he crawls off my lap and starts sobbing. He misses me when I'm at work, I get it, but what's up with the standing? Is it a phase? My arms are getting tired!
