He is in undies during the day but still a diaper at night. But- most mornings he wakes up dry so I don't know if it will be an issue. He has slept with his door closed since we moved him to his nursery at 4 weeks old, though, so it is really all he has ever known. </p> <p>We do have nights where we have to go in there multiple times but we made it very clear that even if he wakes up he can NOT get out of his bed. But we still have Monitor in the room and he could ask to go if he had to. Once it's obvious it's a stall tactic,I would stop taking him though. The first two weeks went great, but for the last week, he refuses to stay in his bed at bedtime. Just keeps coming out of his room. He tries the "I have to go pee pee" excuse a few times, and then he just starts coming out for no reason. We're going on an hour and a half here tonight. And he's exhausted - dark circles under his eyes, meltdowns, etc.</p> <p>How do you get your toddler to stay in their bed? </p>
