The recommendation was a daily bath with a soap free cleanser such as dove sensative skin. DH and I both have it as well, and so does DS. DS's is actually worse than both of ours. I hate the way it feels, though it doesn't seem to bother him. I haven't tried it on DS, as he has eczema too and I don't want to aggravate it, but I've used the lotion AmLactin (from CVS or target or wherever) on myself with some mild success, after a dermatologist prescribed me cream that cost $100 a month (which I completely refused to pay lol). If you find something that works, pass the info on!
