<description>&#60;p&#62;Bumping for you. We did discuss this in school, but not in great detail...  I believe you are correct about it disappearing around 6 months on average. I would absolutely bring it up at his next ped appointment if you are concerned, and try to stay away from Google in the meantime,  as difficult as it is.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I don't know very much about reflexes but I think the asymmetric tonic reflex is supposed to disappear by 5-6 months...that's the one where they look to one side and do the Usain Bolt. LO is 6 months and we've been noticing lately that he's definitely doing it still and in photos it's obvious that even sitting up he's constantly doing it, which we never saw before. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Has anyone else's child had this not disappear? Or do you know what it means if it doesn't?
