Our little one is 100th percentile at 4.5 months and she's still in the mini cosleeper. We'll keep her in it until she hits the ends or she rolls back to front. When she is in her crib for naps she moves all around but she sticks to one spot in the cosleeper. When's your LO's bday?

@beehive: I chickened out last night and he slept in the co-sleeper again. Tonight we moved the Pack n' Play into our room (crib won't fit), which will give DS more space but he'll still be nearby.

@katrocap: Good luck tonight! I hope the transition is easy for you guys! I found it was harder for me than for LO - I spent most of the first night looking at him sleeping on the video monitor.

@mediagirl: He's not rolling over or pulling himself up yet, but he scoots around in the bassinet a lot and his elbows basically hit the sides.

@beehive: I think he would enjoy sleeping in a bigger space. Tonight is going to be his first night in the crib. Wish us luck! :)

We moved LO out of his bassinet at 3 months because he was getting too big for it - he's also a pretty long baby. When we moved him to his crib, he started really moving around in there - he literally uses every inch of the crib to sleep in. We never know where we'll find him when we look at the monitor. Maybe your LO would enjoy sleeping in a bigger space at this age?

Is he rolling over yet? I would just worry about him being too big for it when he starts rolling around and pulling up. I would probably move him out by 5 months. We moved our lo out of the bassinet at 3 months but she probably could have stayed in there until 5 if I wanted her to.

My 4.5 month old DS is 90th percentile for length and weight and I'm wondering if he's getting too big for his Arms Reach Mini Co-Sleeper. The weight limit on the co-sleeper is 35 lbs and, at 19 lbs, he's nowhere near that, but I have to be careful when I put him down that he has room on all sides. He's been waking up a lot at night lately and I'm wondering if it's because he brushes up against the sides of the co-sleeper and wakes himself up. Any one have ideas or similar experiences?
