I noticed the Super B Complex was delaying O for me serval all cycles ago and replaced it with just B-6 and my cycles quickly went back. I started taking Rainbow Light One last week, but kept taking B-6. I am more worried about how the other vitamins in Rainbow Light will affect my O, such as the B12. Right now I'm on CD13, and I expect to O on Wednesday, so, we will see.
If you have noticed a change in your O dates from when you started, I would use another prenatal for a month and see how it effects your O.

My Target gummy prenatals only have 2.5 mg of B6, whereas the Rainbow Lite prenatals appear to have 15 mg... not sure how much it takes to delay ovulation. I added a B50 Complex this cycle at the beginning and when I had no O signs (no/little CM, LFC cervix position) by the day I normally O, I stopped taking them and ovulated 4 days later. So I do believe it contributed to my delayed ovulation, especially if you think you have lower levels of estrogen (I believe I do), which B6 lowers and is needed to be high for ovulation.

Maybe try a cycle or two with a different prenatal just to see if it makes a difference? I did see a definite improvement at the end of my cycle from the B vitamins though... it decreased my spotting and increased my LP by 2-3 days! So if you have any of those issues, maybe just use the Rainbow Lite after O?

This stuff is so frustrating. I hope you find a combo that works for you soon! :goodluck:

I have been dealing with delayed ovulation for 4 out of 5 of my last cycles. I attributed it to work stress, my miscarriage, and fighting the flu, but now I'm wondering if my Rainbow Light prenatals have been the culprit, since I hear all that time how extra B (specifically B6) can delay O. I'm also thinking PCOS, but that's a different topic for a different post :)

Here are the nutrition facts for the Rainbow Lights:
Vitamin B-1 588% of DV
Vitamin B-2 500% of DV
Vitamin B-6 600% of DV
Folic Acid: 800 mcg / 100% DV
Vitamin B-12: 313% of DV
Vitamin B-5: 150% of DV

So I stopped taking it last week on like CD12, and it's CD17 and no signs of O. I had some creamy CM last week, and now it's all gone, despite drinking TONS of water and even taking some Mucinex yesterday and today.

I know I might sound crazy but I am just SO tired of ovulating on like, day 25 or 30 or 35. I would do almost anything to O earlier.

Any thoughts or insight on Rainbow Light prenatals, extra B vitamins, delayed ovulation, etc? This cycle I also starting taking this drink supplement, but I don't think that's relevant to ovulation? https://naturalvitality.com/natural-calm-plus-calcium/
