We had the stomach virus from hell earlier this year. My son would be fine for several days and then have diarrhea again. So bad daycare threw out the pack n play she was napping in. She had thrown up four times Friday and we fed her BRAT over the weekend and gentle food yesterday. No BMs yet today (had a normal one yesterday night) but her babysitter fed her two bananas for a snack instead of one. What are the chances that double the banana will cause another diarrhea tomorrow? I don't want to keep her home tomorrow, but I don't want another call from daycare either! </p>
