It looks like a toothbrush, sort of. When she has a few teeth, we'll introduce a real baby toothbrush and maybe a little toothpaste after she's one. </p> <p>With my almost 4yo we've tried a bunch of toothpaste brands... Weleda, Tom's of Maine, Earth's Best... She's still learning to spit, so only fluoride-free ones for now. Dentist said she can move to a fluoride toothpaste when she learns to spit. I didn't think it was time but she wrote a prescription out and stains .03 ml and .06 when she's 6 months. </p> <p>As for SLR I steer clear of it. It's strawberry flavored and he loves it. Some kids don't like it so you might have to try a few different ones to see which one works for your LO.
