I just wanted to update and share my happiness!</p> <p>We moved in two and a half weeks ago and couldn't be happier. I don't love having stairs for the first time in 9 years, and the one car garage isn't my favorite. Besides that though, it's been the best decision we ever made!!!</p> <p>LO loves the community pool. (And I love having a pool we don't have to clean!) She makes a little joy shriek whenever she sees it. We go for a walk to get the mail at the mail center every day unless it's bad weather- I finally have some color for the first time after two years of living in FL! I dreaded the mail and trash being not "at the curb" like a house but I'm loving the excuse it gives us to get out. Plus, having a gated community helps me feel safer about walking around- much less traffic. We've met so many nice people too and I've seen LOTS of babies E's age!</p> <p>I think E likes it because a week in she was crawling and pulling up to stand. She also loves her new room- she's STTN 5 times since we moved in on the 22nd, three of which were the last three nights! HALLELUJAH!</p> <p>I know I asked about hearing neighbors being a concern (well, I was more worried about them hearing US!) but am happy to report that this doesn't seem to be an issue. I once heard *something* in the room that connects to our master, but couldn't really make out if it was a TV or people or what. It was barely anything.
