Maybe a Weight Watchers app will do this? I know when I used to do the online program, I could check off how many servings I was getting of things...

@highwire: My Fitness Pal will tell you how many calories, carbs, fat, and protein, but nothing more specific and doesn't break it into food groups (that I can see). I can set it for "maintain my weight" but nothing pregnancy related. I haven't tried Spark People but I couldn't find an app for them and I want to be able to do it on the go. I wish I could develop stuff like this, I would totally just make one!

I think My Fitness Pal does this, if I remember correctly. And maybe Spark People?

I don't know how well their mobile app is, but have you looked at Calorie Count (http://caloriecount.about.com) at all? They track stuff like fat vs carbs vs protein, and also break down a nutrition report that contains whether you're getting enough calcium, fiber, vitamins, etc. I'm assuming they have a mobile app that would show this stuff too (though I don't know for sure as I don't have a smart phone).

I have been searching high and low for an app I can use to track how many servings of each food group I'm getting each day. I know I can just "eat right" and not worry about it, but I'm interested in whether I'm getting enough calcium, grains, etc. and I really don't want to have to track it by hand, looking up servings, etc. I cannot find anything like this anywhere, is it true that it just doesn't exist? Or are there regular nutrition trackers available that will track how many servings of each group you're getting -- not just number of calories, etc. (which I'm not concerned about)?
