We moved from the RnP to the crib at 4 weeks. We swaddled with a swaddleme and put him on his side with a rolled A&A blanket behind him. He did great!

@Smurfette: I put ours under her mattress because when it's under the sheet, the sheet wouldn't fit properly. It still has an incline with it being under the mattress.

@MarieJ: @NovBaby1112: thanks ladies. I have to return something there tomorrow so I will look for it. Stupid question but does it go under the crib sheet?

We moved M to her crib from a bassinet in our room last Friday, and she didn't even notice! We expected some extra wake ups but nothing happened! She's 4.5 weeks.

We went straight to the crib at 7 weeks. She slept 10 hours straight that night. We were wondering why we didn't do it sooner.

We moved the R'n'P into the nursery for a few weeks before we started her in the crib. I'm not sure if that was really necessary but it seemed to go well. I would try the crib and see how she does without any towels or anything first. She might do better than you expect!

When we first moved LO to the crib, we rolled towels on both sides, and also got a crib wedge so that the crib was at a slight incline (it helped her with spit up issues). I don't have any pics of it tho... I think we moved her around 8 or 9 weeks? It went really well though....good luck!!!

My lo started out in a bassinet and went fine into the crib. She actually slept better in the crib because she didn't hear us rolling around.

R had been sleeping in our room in the RnP. We want to move her into her room and crib tomorrow night. She is asleep when we put her down for the night. It is the only way for her to fall asleep right now.

Any tips? I am afraid she is going to wake up in the middle of the night cause it doesn't feel as cozy and closed in. I heard about rolling up towels. Anyone have pictures how they did it??
