I really just followed her lead (we did BLW) and gave her more solids as she asked for it.

We transitioned to WCM starting around 11 months (per Ped) and by 12 months I had stopped pumping at work and she would get 8oz sippy at daycare of WCM and nurse at home on demand. We mixed BM and WCM the first few times but she didn't care really.

2 weeks to 6 months - introduced basic puree
6 months - moved onto baby led weaning
By 7 months - eat what we at
By 8-8.5 months - perfected pincer grasp
Right now at 15 mo - Started to self feed w/ utensil

WCM - Started introducing a few oz during the day after she turned 11 months. Cold turkey changed over after she was 12 months along with changing from bottles to straw cups. Night time/last bottle was the last to go.

T had her first purees at 5.5 mo. We slowly introduced table food. She will be a year tomorrow. She's still not eating what we eat. I still only introduce one new ingredient a day. I give her cottage cheese, shredded cheese, black beans almost daily. And whatever else is around. She still eats pouches as needed. Per my ped I gave her WCM at 10.5 mo 4 oz a day. Now 15 oz a day. It's going well for us.

ETA
I feed her a big meal after she wakes up and after nap. Snacks/purees in between.

What did your transition from bottle to solids and WCM look like? I nannied for a kid from 6 weeks to 18mo, so I've done this before, but I don't remember at all! It's feeling really intimidating.

Right now she's 8mo and we give her some kind of solids once a day. The next step would be to increase the number of times per day, I assume. But how did you actually switch? Get them up to a lot of solids by a year, then start dropping bottles? How much WCM did you offer, and when? How often did your LO eat once they first got off bottles? 3 meals plus snacks? More? Less? I'm sure I can talk to the ped about it, but I'm trying to think it through now. Any good resources you'd recommend for planning it all? Thanks!
