Compared to the Macys one, it's much softer. (Though that may also be because its 5 years older and a lot better broken in. But there's also "transitional paint colors" which seems to be good colors to transition between rooms in an open layout? I am thinking of a transitional sofa with 2 side chairs. I want the chairs to recline but want them to look nice, too.
