@Chuckles: Happy to help! I remember being most concerned with bedtime, as LO was very attached to that bottle, but moving it back, time wise, helped, and then we started to give the bottle out of the nursery (in the living room) to disconnect it from bedtime even more. He's 16mo and gets his bedtime milk in his 360 cup 30 minutes before bed and before we brush teeth.

@foodiebee: Thank you! Those details are super helpful. I do think we'll keep the bottles for awhile, especially since she's already so excited to drink water from her cups with meals.

I'm trying to remember. I think we started gradually mixing more and more wcm into the formula in bottles until the ratio was all wcm and no more formula, and once that was done, we moved from bottles to 360 cups by swapping the afternoon bottle first and gradually working toward the morning and nighttime bottles (nighttime was the last to go). What helped us with the nighttime bottle was moving that bottle further and further away from actual bedtime until it was about 30 minutes before bedtime, so that the bottle wasn't so connected to bedtime. It happened quite fast for my LO because he was excited for the cup and didn't notice any changes with the wcm.

We started by making 1 bottle 50/50, then slowly moved all bottles to 50/50 before eventually switching bottles to 100% WCM. At that time, it became apparent that WCM caused eczema in DD and she also rejected bottles completely by 13 months :silly: Similar to you, DD is now 6 and we will be facing this transition for the 2nd time when DS is 1 in 6 months. Will be interesting to see what they do and don't have in common.

DD just turned one and her pediatrician gave the go ahead to switch from formula to whole milk. Since my DS is 7 years old, I don't remember at all how this is supposed to go  How did you transition your LO? I'm trying to decide whether we should add some regular milk to her bottles to slowly switch the taste or keep bottles and formula but start giving her milk in sippy and straw cups. Or give milk in her bottles and drop the number of formula bottles over time? I'm not in a hurry to ditch the bottles, but she does pretty well with straw and sippy cups. Ideas? Thanks!
