Our Dr told us it wasn't necessary to match the milk ounce for ounce to breastmilk/formula so I started sending two 4 ounce cups of milk and one water cup.

LO is now 16 months and I send one 6 ounce cup of milk and one water. She eats more solids now.

When you transitioned your lo to cows (or other) milk, what did you do about daycare? Did you start by sending in one cup of milk a day and drop a bottle? Or did you send the milk and continue sending the same amount of bottles for a while?
