You are all so good. I honestly am not that careful. I wash and dry pump parts during the day at work (between pumping sessions) and then throw them dirty in a plastic grocery bag at the end of the day. At night I run them through the dishwasher and then put them in an empty insulated bag that I use to bring milk home in at the end of the day. Every once in awhile I just wash them with soap and leave them at work (my sister gave me her pump, so I have another one at home).

I was just thinking about this today. Right now I only pump once at work. I have a ziplock that I reuse and only put clean pump parts in and then I throw the dirty parts into a plastic bag and wash them when I get home. I keep meaning to go to the store to find a Tupperware that will fit my pump parts. All the ones I have are not big enough. The flange makes it an awkward size.

Ziplocs but I wash and reuse them. I think it's really weird that the pump people haven't come up with a solution for this, they seem to have thought of everything else.... I think it's an area of opportunity for them!

Tupperware has worked great for me! I use ziploc bags in a pinch if my Tupperware isn't clean.

I have a lunch cooler that I use to take L's bottles to daycare, then I take it with me to work for the pump parts. I have a freezer pack that covers the bottom of the lunchbox and just cover that with a paper towel, then throw the pump parts on top and zip the whole thing closed till the next pump.

i bought tupperwares that fit the parts. it was easier to clean out and manage than ziploc bags.

I used ziplock bags daily until my friend recommended this size of Gladware: http://www.glad.com/food-storage/containers/deep-dish/

Been using this and washing every day after work. Between, I put the pump parts in (connectors and flanges) it in the fridge.

I use a tupperware. I rinse after each use and put them in the tupperware with an ice pack. I wash everything (including the container) each night and let it dry.

another ziploc user here! i rinse the parts in really hot water and paper towel them off before putting them in the ziploc and fridge. each night after washing pump parts, i hang the ziploc bag upside down on a big spoon in my dish rack, and replace it each week. i understand that may not fly with everyone's sanitary standards.

i've seen others using a mesh bag, like the ones you use for lingerie in the washing machine.

How does everyone transport pump parts between work and home? Instead of washing them everytime I pump, I throw them in the fridge with pumped milk. I was using ziplocks but I feel like I'm going through too many of them. How do you all transport your parts?
