We started the mattresses when tracking after rough sleep in the pnp on vacation at 18 mos and LO did well. Inexpensive but you have to do a mattress. We just got back from camping for three nights and my 2 year old slept great in it! Since whatever they get will eventually be used by my LO, I'm looking into options. Are there pack n plays for larger kids? Or other options besides buying a regular crib? They don't want to just do a floor bed. </p>
