Do you guys fly with the PnPs? I know MrsBee flew with her GoCrib but I don't know that I want to spend that much.

We took the PnP with us on our trip to Ohio and it worked out great. It folds up into a small, compact shape and pulls out and sets up easily. Also, we use it every day at home so, it's worth every dollar we spent on it.

i think we're going to buy the go crib for ourselves and our parents will each buy their own pnps to keep at their houses. then we're not actually travelling with it because both of our cars are quite small!

We have a pack n play and it's worked out great so far. We've taken it on quite a few weekend trips, and even tent camping. LO naps and sleeps in it great!

I would think PnP cause it will grow as they get older.

We're going for the Breeze. I'm not one to splurge, but we've tried all the PnP options, and it really is the best.

we have both travel bassinets and pack n plays. the travel bassinets were really nice at the beginning because it was easier to make the babies cozy when they were so small....but that also means they outgrow them faster. we only used them for like a month or two. now at 3-4 months we use only the pack n plays when we travel. I also recommend using the pack n plays for naps at home sometimes, so they are used to sleeping in it, since it really is quite different than a crib mattress.

We love our baby bjorn travel crib. It's light, easy to transport, and super easy to set up.

the pack and play is great, but if you want an easier (albeit) pricier option, check out the breeze, gocrib, and bjorn travel crib. all great options.

Definitely pack and play, I use ours all the time as a playpen to keep him out if everything. When traveling, half the time he ends up in our bed anyway, so you may as well get something with multiple uses.

@Bao: Thanks! That's what one of my friends said, that when they are older, I can still use it without worrying about them escaping, haha.

I think the pack n play is a good option, so that when they are a toddler you can still use it.

Okay Bees, I need advice!

I know that when baby comes, we'll be visiting my parents, Hubs parents, grandparents, etc. and we'll need a place for the baby to nap and/or sleep over night if we do a weekend. I'm just curious if people prefer a Travel Bed or the Pack 'n Play (or something else entirely).

Here's the two I've been looking at:

Travel Bed: http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=12319232

Pack 'N Play: http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=11891983
