I just inflated it right when we got to the rental agency, and it really came in handy since we had to haul DS's car seat and three pieces of luggage onto the rental car bus. DD also learned how to position the belt herself, and I double checked her every time. However, she fell asleep a lot on the trip, and there was nothing to "lean" on ... so she was falling asleep all over herself and in not the best positions. We'll definitely use it again on trips and in case she needs to ride in a friend's car, but not for every day use...
