@Mrs. Jump Rope: yay! I think it'd take up more room than a regular PNP to store, but maybe you could get a bag or something to keep the mattress in & keep it under a bed. She might like that you could put her sheet from home on it.

The Baby Bjorn travel crib is great but DD was not into sleeping in it past 15mo. With the mesh sides, I feel like it's too similar to a pnp to make it worth the price. I like the portable crib idea, since you're planning on having more kids down the road.

@mrs. bird: I LOVE the idea of a full size folding crib. That might work the best and be the closest to what we have at home.

Thank you so, so much!!

I have travelled a lot with our Bjorn travel crib and it has been great. I know several other bees are fans as well. It's light and stores well

do you think if the side opened she might like it better? she could climb in and out during the day and get used to it maybe

or you could do a full size or mini folding crib

We are likely going to the beach on two weeks. The last time we went, Chloe slept in a pack n play. At 22 months old, she despises the PnP and will not step foot in it. She still sleeps in a crib here at home.

My parents own a beach house & we have a private, locked closet there where we keep personal belongings.

We're okay with spending a bit of money & keeping this travel crib at the beach, since we go down often and plan on having more children.

Any recs? We'd like something as comfortable and as close to a crib as possible, but something that folds since it will have to collapse and be stored in a closet.

Thank you!!
