If you're going to be near Nags Head, it's a little different than if you are somewhere more isolated. </p> <p>FWIW, I'm taking a 2.5 hour car trip right now at 31.5 and I'm pretty uncomfortable. I went to Myrtle Beach last summer at only 25 weeks and the heat and sun were pretty intense. We definitely had to scale back ask on some of our planned activities! If you make sure to not overwhelm yourself and try to stay indoors during peak sun hours, you should be fine and will have a blast! The water also felt great.</p> <p>Also, if you wear a bikini, there's no such thing as too much sunscreen on your belly. We had a 9 hour trip when I was 28 weeks and it sucked. It took more like 12 hours with stops and I was so uncomfortable! Baby was up in my ribs the whole drive. If you think you'd be comfortable I think it would be fine.
