It gives me migraines. You can always say you're dieting or have been getting a lot of headaches lately. My problem was feeling like I was going to puke at all the food smells so I didn't like to go out at all with people that didn't know. I guess I drank too much pre-baby to hide it. haha! It was totally out of my character to not really be drinking. I ended up telling them at the end of the night that I was PG--I knew they would be wondering why I was water only! She then announced that sadly, she couldn't eat our homemade ice cream because it had eggs in it. Our team goes out for team dinners and I have had to come up with an excuse for why I'm not having a glass of red wine with dinner or getting a cup of coffee in the morning with everyone. Luckily nobody really knows me on this team to know any better so they are believing my excuses :). Has anybody else had to deal with this in the first tri when you were still keeping it a secret? </p>
