Lots of snacks! If you have an iPad, load it with videos and games and make sure the earbuds fit comfortably into LO's ears. Buy a few new books and a few small quiet toys too. Bring a comfort item like a blankie or lovey. Did you pay for LO's seat? Consider bringing the carseat on board. DS sleeps better in his carseat on the plane than squashed up next to DH and I. Also, bring at least one change of clothes for you and LO. DS threw up all over me last summer in the middle of a transatlantic flight.
