I had it with my first and got antibiotics right away, but now that I've read more about the importance of baby's gut flora, I'm hesitant. Dr. Google says antibiotics may not be necessary...that you can treat right away or wait 24 hrs to start. The only issue with waiting is that I don't want to feel like crap for the first 24 hrs if I'm going to end up taking then anyway.</p> <p>Thoughts? If you had it, how was it treated? </p>
