I think I started a thread exactly like this awhile ago. During the first trimester I felt terrible when I had to get up and go to work, but felt fine on the weekends/when I had something fun planned. I definitely think stress/mental state plays a part in morning sickness.

An empty stomach, eating too much, brushing my teeth, strong smells, and seafood. Currently.

Mine was all day nausea, no matter what I did, but ditto on the empty stomach making it worse. I always tried to force down a piece of toast or handful of almonds or something small, just to have something in my stomach.

Strong smells (UGH) and an empty stomach always triggered my morning sickness. I always tried to have my stomach full with snacks so that I wouldn't be dry heaving all day long.

Do there seem to be things that make your morning sickness worse?

I think stress is making my morning sickness worse. On stress days, I can barely get out of bed i feel so sick. But days like today (I have the day off!), I've had no morning sickness at all! Hmm...
