If he's relaxing his legs and not squirming/fussing, he doesn't have enough wind to bother him. Is he a farter? My friends son rarely burped, but farted like a divil;)

My son is five days old and we're having trouble getting him to burp at the end of a feeding. He'll have a good one in the middle, but nothing at the end. We've tried various techniques and nothing works. When he's finished eating he zonks out and doesn't squirm to indicate he has additional gas. Anyone have suggestions/tips?
