The comments on Facebook were horrifying though. So many people who support Trump are uniformed and say the most hateful things. The money he contributed to the campaign is not listed as non-refundable campaign contributions, it's listed as loans. As of his latest campaign finance filing, anyway. There's a chance he won't lose a dime in this, and the GOP would have to pay him back + interest.</p> <p>Also, I'm sure many of them are thinking that, if there's a chance he could splinter the Republican party, just let Clinton win and then take over the House and Senate over the next few years, block everything she tries to push through, and recoup/figure out how to get their sh*t together for 2020.</p> <p>He's only got 73 paid staffers, he's running on a shoe-string budget, and he can't stomach the idea of having to ask other people for money. I don't know who his next campaign manager is going to be - but this general election will probably take 10 years off their life, at least!
