I know it’s harder to conceive on a sliding scale over the next year after the shot expires. We were planning on waiting till next fall/winter but now plans have changed and my shot expires in January. I’m not sure if we will use a back up method for awhile or not. Last time I was off depo for over a year and off the pill for 8+ months and got pregnant shortly after. Any experience? </p>
