My first post-Mirena period, I had three days of spotting followed by three days of regular period bleeding (I'd never experienced spotting with any pre-Mirena periods). No issues pre-LO but I had that one in 6 years and I think the hormone was gone. I had the second one removed only a year after insertion and before I weaned. My periods were definitely wonky then but I can't necessarily pin it on Mirena. I had 10 days of horrible all day &amp; night nausea my first or second cycle after removal. I think I took six pregnancy tests that cycle. My cycle in December was normal (29 days). We started trying in January (my doctor told me to wait six weeks to try). We got pregnant the first month trying and I'm due in October. When I got it out, I had regular spotting type bleeding every 28 days for 3 months, for two days. We got a BFP our second cycle ttc.
