Thank you all. I have been using my OPK and I am ovulating today. Looks like its right at cd14. Have been DTD so we shall see. Hoping for a baby I can take home this time.

I'm so sorry, I lost my first to Turner's Syndrome as well.

I think it's entirely possible for HCG to go down quickly after an early miscarriage, especially if it didn't rise quickly at the beginning.

Good luck  :goodluck:

Yes totally possible. My first miscarriage was at 4.5 weeks and my HCG dropped in a couple days and I ovulated cd14, right on schedule and even got pregnant that cycle too (I unfortunately lost that one too, but that is unrelated).

My early loss was HCG 40 at just over 4 weeks, a week later started spotting, HCG was 0, tests were negative. I ovulated maybe a day or two late that cycle.

I'm so sorry for your losses, and I wish you the very best of luck. I think it's absolutely possible for you to be back at 0 and ovulating after an early miscarriage very quickly.

So sorry for your losses. From what I understand, if you passed all of the tissue at once, it's completely possible for your levels to go down that fast. :goodluck: for the future!

I'm so sorry about your losses.

I've had one early CP loss at 4weeks and a few days. I never had my blood checked but I had my period come only a few days late and I ovulated on schedule compared to the last few months a couple of weeks later.

good luck! :goodluck:

Wondering if I could get some feedback. I had a MC in April. 21 weeks with Turner's. Dr told me to wait 6 months but we waited three because I was/still am emotionally dealing with it. We weren't doing anything. I am only 26 and thought I would get pregnant again. In November I started to chart, read, take OPK because I was getting impatient. Found out I was pregnant last week in Jan but miscarried Feb 1 at just 5 weeks. Passed naturally and HCG was at a 0 two days later. Bought another OPK and really want to try this month. Is it possible for me to be ovulating already?? Has anyone's HCG gone down so quickly? I've read of women taking weeks for theirs to go down, even at only 5 wks. :meh:
