And this pregnancy, we managed twice within the possible window, but the first was 5-6 days before and the second was the day of. But it can take two perfectly healthy individuals almost a year to conceive as well. If you had sex and he reached his grand finale, then there isn't much more you can do-- it only takes one time. I got pregnant this time after DTD once during my FW. I have several apps I use for period tracking, but all agree I am in my fertile window. I am excited and nervous going forward in my first month of active TTC. We BD'd this morning already, and I'm nervous this was our only shot and maybe enough semen didn't make it inside, etc. Then the joyous two weeks of waiting to see if AF comes, because I don't want to stress myself out even more by taking numerous pregnancy tests. Oh dear. How oh how do you make it through this? </p>
