I'm 5 DPO today and my HPT was pretty light so hopefully that means the trigger will be out soon. It seems like each month the trigger leaves my system sooner, so that's nice. I'll probably test again on Thursday and then every day after that to see if it gets darker or lighter. How is everyone doing? I was 4 days late this weekend and got my hopes way up - was feeling lightheaded, a bit nauseous, and emotional...symptoms I definitely recognised from my early pregnancy with my son. So I had a pretty crummy week after the D&C. Everyone should learn from my mistake and take their medication with water and not right at bedtime! I've never been good at tracking my cm. Last time, I was temping and I knew I ovulated bc the symptoms were so obvious (which was a surprise to me since I've been on bc forever and have never noticed my ovulation before). I'm temping now but it's so hard to tell. I think I'm going to wait until the end of the week, test, and then evaluate if I should see the OB about my concerns. But given your history could be worth calling ob to ask their opinion. I think before the first af it's just really hard to tell. You could ovulate any time, or it could be a long wait. If you ever notice ewcm that could be a good way to tell. I noticed my first ovulation post partum that way. Currently seeing: Nobody but by GP Current cycle phase: TWW, period due in 2 or 3 days My son turned 3 in March, and my husband and I decided in late January we were ready to pull the goalie - I was maid of honour at an overseas wedding in Jan and really didn't want to be pregnant or recently delivered, so we were very careful all through last year. We are both on the fence a bit about having a second but we agree we want our son to have a sibling...I think neither of us would be completely devastated if we didn't conceive. Whereas when we were trying for #1, every month would be devastating and I'd be in a funk for days or weeks, this time around when I get my period I just think, oh well. So for now we're just rolling with the punches and seeing what will come. If it gets to a year of trying and still nothing, we would probably consider seeing an OB, or reevaluating what we want. We both agree (and agreed before #1) that we wouldn't go through invasive fertility procedures. So, M was born on October 1, 2016 ❤️❤️❤️. My husband has been ready for another since Thanksgiving. I needed more time and wanted to wait for an 18 month age gap. Now, I'm really struggling with the anxiety. When we tried for M, I stopped my birth control on October 1st, 2015, didn't have a real cycle in October or November. Had a real cycle in December, then got pregnant in January. Since M was born, I haven't really had a period. I breastfed for 6 months, and right after I weaned, had all the hormonal stuff, but no bleeding. I expected one when I stopped my bc in April, but again just hormonal stuff and no bleeding. I haven't bled since my PP bleeding stopped at about 8 weeks. Now I'm really nervous that I'm not ovulating or having a real cycle. Anyone have a similar experience?
