Just fish oil (which I've always taken, since pre-ttc), and a prenatal.

Beyond that, I'm working really hard to overhaul my diet to cut out all of the extra/hidden sugar. I'm only two weeks in, but I feel great and am surprisingly not missing all my former snacks at all!

When I was TTC, I was taking prenatals and B6+B12 (to extend my LP). I also did acupuncture which did wonders for regulating my cycles!

I'm only taking folic acid supplements, I'm trying to get the rest from a diet full of fruit and veg. I'd add to your list: Giving up caffeine altogether and drinking lots and lots more water (for the production of CM). I've also heard that fresh pineapple is good for implantation - I don't know if it's true but it's worth a shot!!!

Prenatal (Rainbow light petite) plus a B Complex, because i was spotting a lot before AF and it's supposed to help, plus it's good for energy anyway. I take a calcium+vitamin D gummy and an Omega 3 gummy when I remember (those I was taking before TTC anyway). That's it. I also have reduced my caffeine intake to almost none, but that's more because I was really addicted and didn't want to deal with withdrawal headaches while pregnant, so started early with cutting that back.

Prenatal vitamin w/ folic acid everyday and zinc every other day (or every 2 days). I also take primrose oil up to ovulation which helps with my CM (I don't think I produce a lot) plus Mucinex if I remember. Both of us take fish oil for general health. While not a supplement, we are going to try pre-seed this cycle.

What supplements are you taking, why and when (which part of cycle)? Right now I'm taking:
-Rainbow light prenatal
-Fish oil
-B6 50mg
-Probiotic
-Royal Jelly

Wondering if I should add anything to my regimen to help with egg health, implantation, etc. Any thoughts? TIA!
