When I get home tonight I can look in my book &#34;Taking Charge of Your Fertility&#34; to see what they say about this... but I feel like there is a sample chart where she says it's just one of many common variations. The initial rise is where the information lies. As long as your temps are above the &#34;cut line&#34; (the red dotted line) then you are experiencing normal ovulation, and if you have 18 temps above the line then you're probably pregnant!
