That way if I didn't "regulate" she could do some investagating with out us having to wait 6 months.</p> <p>After one full cycle, I saw my new OBGYN, and she said that my first cycle was great, and we got the go ahead for this month. I was worried about how long it would take me to get regular, since I went on the pill about 8 years ago because I was so irregular, plus I was having more and more side effects and was just sick of taking it. I'm happy that I have more of a handle on my real cycles now that I've been off it for 2.5 cycles, but having to use other protection is annoying!
