For me, it helped me figure out that even though I have long cycles, I actually have a short luteal phase. Postpartum they were all over the place, but when we tried again at 4 months-ish it only took one try. I charted for a couple of years before we started trying. Pay attention to your CM too, that will help you figure out when to take the OPK tests. Once I figured out when I ovulated I realized they were fairly regular just long. I took pregnitude supplements at my obgyn's recommendation. We got pregnant first try. I'm a little nervous not having that advantage this time. We're hoping to get pregnant quickly so my due date will be at a good time for my work.</p> <p>Any advice?
