I knew I didn't want any more biological children. I 100% knew if we were going to grow our family again I would adopt so there was no question in my mind. </p> <p>I have not regretted it although there was a few moments right after where I thought "wow I will never be able to be pregnant again." I also struggled a bit because of my difficulties with IF before my kids. We need to do IVF w/PGD but I am terrified of getting pregnant naturally again by mistake and having another miscarriage, still birth or severely disabled child with a very short life expectancy. So I am strongly considering tubal ligation soon.
