I had a scheduled c-section and he asked me if I'd like my tubes tied since he was already going in. I said I wasn't sure. He said "If you're not 100000% sure, I wouldn't do it." Even though I know we're "two and through", I guess you just never know. She had her tubes tied after her third child, then a few years later remarried. Her now husband wanted a baby, so she did the procedure and a few months after got pregnant.
