On weekdays (daycare days) almost none. Sometimes a 15 min episode of the wiggles before bed because it helps him to wind down. On weekends he watches significantly more. Usually a few episodes of the wiggles, or a little sesame, or blues clues or whatever's on pbs sprout. He also loves watching videos of rock concerts on the ipod and we have a few concerts DVRed.

Under an hour a few times a week. I'll only set him up in front of something relatively educational- right now he is watching (or to what degree a 7 month old can watch) Little Einsteins, other times I'll put on Martha Speaks or Veggie Tales, but that is about it.

Usually just when he is cranky and won't sleep or when I need to get a little work done and he won't sleep.

My LO is 6 months old. We realized she was mesmerized whenever the TV is on, so now we have a 'No TV unless she's asleep' rule. I miss my TV :(

My lo doesn't like tv. I try to get her to watch when I have a migraine but ot doesn't work. Its really just the tv being on with her not paying attention and playing with her toys, usually crawling out of the room.

So far none, I'm hoping to keep her off TV as long as possible, but I feel like my family doesn't understand and thinks I'm being crazy about it. We'll see.

How much TV do you let your LO watch during the day (I don't mean it is on because you are watching, I mean children's programing like PBS, Disney etc).? I'm just curious :)
