Sometimes a 15 min episode of the wiggles before bed because it helps him to wind down. On weekends he watches significantly more. Usually a few episodes of the wiggles, or a little sesame, or blues clues or whatever's on pbs sprout. I try to get her to watch when I have a migraine but ot doesn't work.
