My tv is on 24 7 if it's not being background noise I'm watching something. Honestly I love TV. I love to do other stuff also, but I love me some tv. Hell, I have the tv on when I'm reading lol.

Essentially none. We watch maybe one movie per week, and sometimes a documentary as well, but those are with LO. I will very rarely seek out a clip of something on YouTube.

Too much I think. Usually one show alone during DD's nap then a movie or show with DH after she goes to bed. We watch TV more during football season. I tried to do a no TV day 1x a week and DH tried it for a couple weeks then said it helps him wind down. I came from a low TV home- his parents have TV on in the background 24/7 I find it to be really distracting.

We often discuss how much TV time our kids get, but what about yourself? How many hours a day do you watch TV?

DH and I recently talked with his brother and he kept rattling off movies and shows he has watched and he didn't believe how little we watch lol. We most often watch a show a night, occasionally a sporting event during the day.
