I've owned it for 6 years now and it's really rickety. Even anchored to the wall I won't let me daughter play in that room because I'm worried it's just going to fall apart one day. It won't be coming with us to our next house.</p> <p>It's possible we messed up when we put it together but we have assembled so much furniture with no other problems and it was a real struggle trying to get the pieces to fit together well in the first place. If I were to do it all over again, I would have gone with a closet system with doors. At our old apt we used to have a bunch of Besta pieces; pics of both set ups attached! there are 2 pics of the Hemnes set up (I'm out of town so can't snap a better one for ya)-- one shows it almost all set up except without the top connecting shelf, but you can see that in the one with me and lo in front of it (showing her the decorations for her first bday party, heh).
