Just have to chime in, as I am still relatively new to TTC and I can't believe what a troll my uterus is. Every month I am convinced I am pregnant based on twinges, pressures, aches - the whole spectrum of stuff you can find on google. And each month is different! So frustrating... But you're definitely not alone!

Yes, I think it's normal... Noticed that almost every month in the 5 months before my bfp. The one thing different about the bfp month was that I felt a light pressure sensation on my abdomen, mostly when I would lay down for bed at night, but that could have been in my head too!

Yes! Even when we were NTNP and our times we waaay off, I was convinced I felt my uterus expanding! AF came shortly after. I vow not to symptom spot this month, but I can't help it!

It's absolutely normal! Since TTC almost a year ago I am much more aware of my body, and feel every twinge and pinch. It seems like a lot of other ladies on here feel the same way too!

Since beginning this TTC journey, I've become more aware of every little thing going on in my body. I've noticed feeling twinges, pulling, pricks in my lower stomach area, usually one side or another. I feel like these happen especially during the luteal phase, after ovulation. I used to think, it must be pregnancy! Only to be disappointed by AF. Anyone else have these and is it normal?
