<description>&#60;p&#62;I used to nanny for a little girl who was originally a twin. Her brother was born first, around 24ish weeks, but didn't make it  :crying: . She wasn't born until two months later! Both were born vaginally! I have no idea how that was possible. So glad to hear these two are doing well.
