@Happygal: This is probably key for me. I am getting too plugged in, and Google is not helping! I need to immerse myself in some good books/television shows! I'm almost finished with "White Collar" ... Neal Caffrey, SO HOT!

Stay away from the internet. Allow yourself a set time each day to obsess, then let it go and stay busy!

I planned as much as possible during the last week of the TWW so that I wouldn't think about it so much. Distraction for me was the key!

I am not very good in the TWW, lol! After my last medicated cycle I started a new book during the TWW so every time I thought about testing while I was at home, I would pick up my book and start reading. I also would take a break from the internet because I knew I would be checking my "symptoms" and comparing them to what Dr. Google was saying.

After 6 months of TTC, and going through sooo many tests, I finally had my husband hide them from me! I seriously couldn't keep myself from testing at 9 dpo, so I asked him to keep them until at least 11 or 12 days.

As far as passing the time, I was really focused (at the time) on working out each day. I would go on long walks (and try to find big hills & stairs to climb). I'd hike, and when it was hard, I'll tell myself: "Do this for your baby!" ... Even though I didn't know if I was pregnant or not, it felt good to be treating my body right just in case!

We also did date night twice a week when we were TTC, which was a nice distraction as well.

Good luck! You can do it!!

Help me cope with the tww! I am not testing until 10/19... that's a week away! What do you do to handle the wait?
